Refund policy

At Femme Adorn, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your product, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible.

7-Day Return Period

You have 07 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please contact our customer service team at contact@femmeadorn.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending back your item.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@thegemglow.com to obtain an RMA number.
  2. Securely package your item, including all original packaging and documentation.
  3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Handover the package to our delivery provider agent.


Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Custom and Engraved Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom-made or engraved items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
